2023 Hometown Heroes

The Woodinville Chamber November Luncheon took place at Eastside Fire & Rescue Station 31 on November 16, 2023.  Honoring our heroes in the community is something we look forward to every year. We were able to donate the luncheon proceeds (over $1750!) to the organizations affiliated with our 2023 Woodinville Hometown Heroes. We then raised an extra $476 passing the boot to contribute to the Eastside Fire & Rescue Benevolent Fund, to benefit Shop With a Cop!

This year’s Heroes included the The Kenzie & Dot Foundation to support Shop With a Cop 2023; Atlas Free to fight human trafficking; the Woodin Elementary Food Bank; and Aaliyah Earvin, Alison Desir and Paul Condra, individuals who saved a life on the Sammamish River Trail by performing life saving measures.

Thank you Station 31 for opening your firehouse to host this annual event and thank you to Cava Azul for providing the tasty lunch. We would also like to thank JB Consulting for sponsoring the November Luncheon.

Aaliyah Earvin, Alison Desir and Paul Condra saved the life of this wonderful gentleman while on the Sammamish River Trail by performing life saving measures.

Atlas Free is a nonprofit organization here to put sexual exploitation out of business—period.

The Kenzie & Dot Foundation raised over $22,000 in this year’s Pizza Coop & Ale House golf tournament, with all proceeds benefiting the Shop With a Cop program for 2023!

Maria Cisneros keeps the Woodin Elementary Food Bank going and we were honored to make a donation to support her efforts.
