$315Looking for a summer camp for your teen or child that is fun, gets them outside, and helps to nourish their creative side? Summer Art Camps at Monahan Studio are tucked in among the ferns and frogs under the canopy of the forest. It is here that students will learn and grow with various techniques to draw, paint, sculpt, and explore print-making. Many projects involve observing live animals such as chickens, goats, turtles, lizards, bunnies and more. Campers will also to STEAM team building projects. Each day ends with a time of quiet observation under the cool shade of the trees to sketch from nature. The July Camp is just for the older crowd who want to take their art to the next level and learn some fantastic skills in a relaxed atmosphere outside.
