174th is a small one lane road. You will see a sign at the end of the drive for Monahan Studio.
Pull in and park in the gravel area.
Toward the back of the drive, you will see another Monahan Studio sign and a cobblestone path.
Follow the path down the stairs, past the goats and chickens, toward the woods and creek.
You will see a third sign for Monahan Studio and the studio is just beyond that!
