Join us for the 7th Annual Bothell 5k Capes for Courage in support of the Northshore Wranglers Inclusion Program. Providing recreation and fun for all, this program supports special needs youth and adults in our community with classes, camps, outings, and other engaging activities. People with disabilities have been especially isolated by the past two years of COVID so your support is needed more now than ever. This fun and festive 5k bring together serious runners with people who simply want to stroll or roll their way through the 5k course. Wear your cape or your best superhero costume because everyone who supports this worthy cause is a superhero in our books!
