Join Chef Asako Sullivan, as she teaches you how to create a steaming-hot bowl of ramen with your choice of umami (savory) flavored soup.

Using locally grown flour, you will first knead the dough to make your own noodles. Then decide on your soup of choice by tasting a variety of soup/stocks made exclusively for this class, including: Chicken with Soy Sauce flavor from Tokyo, Pork Tonkotsu from Kyushu, Miso Ramen from Hokkaido and more! Chef Asako will also explain the fundamentals of Japanese Ramen, and why chefs consider Ramen as one of the hardest, yet most rewarding, foods to make! With gluten, seafood, soy
