Live Music: Cloud Cover

Cloud Cover turns decades of alternative rock favorites into the kind of night where sitting still isn’t really the point. This Seattle-area four-piece brings the songs that defined the ’80s, ’90s, and beyond back to life, moving from the anthemic sounds of U2 and R.E.M. to the punch of Green Day, Blink-182, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and more. Built around big hooks, familiar songs, and high-energy musicianship, Cloud Cover delivers a nostalgic trip through alternative rock designed to get the room singing, dancing, and remembering just how good these songs still sound.
