Professional employee development for your staff is not only a great investment, but it also creates higher levels of engagement in the workplace, which can lead to less frequent turnover. Talent management is more than just hiring the right staff, but keeping them trained and motivated by increasing their skills and knowledge once in a job. This course will provide a brief overview of assessing and developing employee training programs through training needs analysis, design and development goals and implementation and evaluation of programs.


Session Content:

  • What is the ADDIE model and how to use it
  • Learning styles and methods of training
  • Diversity and sensitivity awareness initiatives
  •  Consistency with curriculum
  • Budgeting for external training


Training Outcomes:

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Understand how and when to use the ADDIE model
  • Identify the various adult learning styles
  • Conduct an organizational training needs assessment
  • Implement effective training programs
