The City of Woodinville, in partnership with the Woodinville Chamber and the Woodinville Arts Alliance is pleased to announce the 2018 Celebrate Woodinville Art Poster Contest. Entries are currently being accepted and the deadline for submittal is Friday, June 1, 2018 at 12:00pm PST to Woodinville City Hall (17301 133rd Ave NE Woodinville, WA 98072). The theme for this year’s contest is “Celebrating Woodinville’s 25th Anniversary.”
The first, second and third place winners will have their posters on display at the Celebrate Woodinville Festival on Saturday August 18, 2018. The posters will also be displayed for a limited time at the Woodinville Visitor’s Center and at Woodinville City Hall. The poster from the first-place winner will be for sale at the Celebrate Woodinville Concerts in the Park (July 18th, July 25th, August 1st, August 8th) and at the Festival on August 18th.
The City of Woodinville will award $500 for first place, $300 for second and $200 for third place. The Woodinville Arts Alliance will facilitate the contest and judging. This is the fifth annual poster contest for Celebrate Woodinville. Past winning posters are on display at Woodinville City Hall.

About the Woodinville Arts Alliance
The Woodinville Arts Alliance (WAA) is a newly formed Washington State non-profit corporation. WAA’s mission is “to promote artists, art events and more physical art installations around the City of Woodinville.”
WAA formed in January of 2017 and is currently working on several projects along with the Celebrate Woodinville Art Poster Contest. Such projects include a Juried Art Show at the Celebrate Woodinville Festival, rotating art displays at participating wineries and breweries, Pop Up art displays and a Studio Tour in 2018.
