Recognizing an opportunity to improve upon the traditional business model, Mark opted for a unique approach: mobile service. This innovative method allowed him to meet clients directly in their homes, providing personalized service and eliminating the need for a large inventory.
Bryce joined the business more actively in 2022, bringing a fresh perspective and continuing the family legacy. He also shared the sentiment of working together being a gift, and the readiness to hand the business from one entrepreneur to another.
