Tenhulzen Remodeling

Design/Build Residential Remodeling

Professionalism, Integrity, Creativity and Trust are at the core of our existence. We hold ourselves accountable to a higher standard than the general remodeling industry because we believe our customers deserve it.

Our unique approach to Design | Build residential remodeling is modeled after the motion picture industry. The preparations for production are similar – and more importantly – a movie cannot get filmed, edited or produced without careful planning, approved budget or detailed script.

Performance is at the center of everything we do. We hire and train the best available talent to behave as if on camera at all times.

We believe that single-point accountability is essential to the success of every project. It is for that reason that we employ architecture, interior design, permitting, estimating and production management in-house.
