Woodinville Chamber Honors Mya Pickering as March 2026 Student of the Month

The Woodinville Chamber is proud to recognize Woodinville High School senior Mya Pickering as our March 2026 Student of the Month. Selected by the WHS administration team, Mya stands out as a remarkable example of leadership, academic excellence, and a genuine commitment to her school community.

Mya is being honored for her outstanding leadership, intelligence, and drive, but what truly sets her apart is her deep-rooted love for Woodinville High School. With a desire to strengthen her connection to the school and make a positive impact, Mya stepped into ASB during her senior year and quickly made a meaningful impression.

Her approach to leadership is grounded in service. Mya has played an instrumental role in elevating both senior class fundraising efforts and the overall school culture. Her energy and enthusiasm have helped spark increased student engagement across campus. From bringing more excitement to pep assemblies, to boosting attendance at athletic events, to helping raise more funds for her class, Mya’s influence is both visible and impactful.

Academically, Mya continues to excel. She maintains an impressive 3.8 GPA while balancing coursework at both Woodinville High School and Cascadia College, demonstrating her dedication and strong work ethic.

Mya embodies the spirit of Woodinville High School’s motto, “One Falcon, One Family.” Her passion, positivity, and commitment to her peers have made a lasting difference, and she truly represents what it means to be a Falcon.
