The Woodinville Chamber is pleased to honor our September 2019 Student of the Month, sponsored by Health Moves. This month’s student is Matt Taniguchi, a Senior at Woodinville High School the award is to be presented at Chateau Lill.
Matt is an outstanding scholar. As a senior, Matt is currently enrolled in five Advanced Placement (AP) classes. Matt recently spent the summer attending a German high school and living with a host family as part of the Woodinville High School German Exchange Program. According to his teacher Mr. Antelly, “he (Matt) not only exceeded my expectations linguistically, but socially as well. Just like everyday at Woodinville High School, Matt interacts with his peers in fun and open manner I’ve rarely seen in my career. He’s always ready to learn, help and has a mature great attitude to boot. Whether enjoying rock climbing (his hobby) or just hanging out with this friends, Matt represents himself, his school and his community in a fantastic manner.” Matt is an incredible representative of the class of 2020.
