Co-led by partner Anna Johnson and founder Heather Wise, the studio offers a unique blend of high-energy cycle classes and yoga practices, including power vinyasa and yin sessions. They even offer a private yoga room to practice at any time. Anna’s journey into wellness began over a decade ago, teaching more than 1,000 yoga classes and discovering firsthand how transformative the practice can be. What started as a personal passion has evolved into a purpose-driven career centered on helping others reconnect with themselves. Whether she’s teaching in the studio, hosting retreats in destinations like Sicily and Sedona, or showing up at local events, Anna brings an intentional, community-focused energy to everything she does.
What truly sets Wise Studios apart is its focus on connection. Beyond physical fitness, the studio creates space for personal growth and shared experiences. Anna describes the most rewarding part of the business as witnessing transformation in real time during those quiet moments when someone realizes they are stronger, more capable, or more grounded than they believed. Just as powerful is the sense of community that forms within the studio, where members celebrate wins together and support one another through life’s challenges.
